Sandhurst Ridge has been producing award-winning wines since their first vintage in 1995. The wines are handcrafted by the owners, brothers Paul and George Greblo, who are proud to be continuing a family tradition of winemaking begun generations ago in northern Italy.

 Hand-harvested grapes from the family estate went into this rich, elegant Cabernet. Open-vat fermentation and basket-pressing prepared the wine for maturation in predominantly French oak for 15 months.

 Whilst approachable now, cellaring for another five years will soften the fine tannins and develop the wine’s full complexity.
