Sandhurst Ridge has been producing exceptional wines since 1995.

All the fruit for this rich, ripe Shiraz was carefully hand-harvested from the family estate vineyard. The grapes were then fermented in small, open vats, allowing for delicate extraction and flavor development.

After fermentation, the musts were basket-pressed—a time-honored method that preserves the purity and character of the wine. The Shiraz was matured in a selection of American, French, and Hungarian barriques, contributing to its refined texture and layered complexity.

Refined, balanced, and complex, this Shiraz is enjoyable now but will reward patient cellaring for up to five more years, enhancing its depth and character over time.
