The fruit of this rich Shiraz was sourced from highly acclaimed vineyards near Sandhurst Ridge Estate in the Bendigo region. The wine making was identical to the Sandhurst Ridge estate wines, with fermentation in small, open vats followed y basket-pressing and maturation in American Oak barriques for 16 months.

This wine drinks well now, but cellaring for a further five years or more will further develop its distinctive regional characteristics and robustness.
