Hand-harvested grapes from the family state went into this rich, elegant 75/25 Cabernet Merlot blend. Open-vat fermentation and basket-pressing prepared the wine for maturation in predominantly French oak for 19 months. Whilst approachable now, cellaring for another 5 years will soften the tannins and develop the wine’s full potential.
