The quality fruit used for this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot was sourced from neighbouring vignerons in the region of Bendigo, Victoria, grown to our specifications. The wine-making was identical to that of our estate wines, with fermentation in small, open vats followed by basket pressing. The wine was matured in French oak barriques for 19 months prior to bottling.

The wine drinks well now, but cellaring it for a further 5 years or more will further develop its distinctive regional characteristics and robustness.
