Welcome to Sandhurst Ridge Winery & Vineyard.
Named best winery of the Bendigo region in James Halliday's 2005 Wine Companion, Sandhurst Ridge produces big, hand-crafted wines full of character.

A visit to the cellar door (just 15 minutes from the centre of Bendigo) virtually guarantees an informative conversation with someone with hands-on knowledge of the vines as well as the wines, since the owners – brothers Paul and George Greblo – reside on the estate and it’s an all-in-the-family business.
Their first vintage, the 1995 Sandhurst Ridge Shiraz – was awarded five stars by Winestate magazine, and their wines have been piling up accolades ever since.
To emphasise the fact that their wines are not “manufactured”, the Greblos offer vertical tastings of their Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon so that wine buffs can perceive for themselves the interplay of climate, soil, seasonal conditions and age of the vines. Was 2001 a better vintage than 2002? Taste and decide for yourself!

The Bendigo region, with its dry, warm summers and relatively frost-free winters is quickly regaining the reputation it had in the 19th century for producing superb red wines. Visit Sandhurst Ridge and discover one of the gems of the region.
