This wine shows intense tropical fruit with a trace of herbs on the nose that plays out on a palate of pineapple and spice. A departure from our usual dry, big-bodied Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has a hint of sweetness.

Barrel fermentation brings out complexity in the fruit, and balanced acidity leaves a clean finish.  Alc./Vol. 12.5%.

Ripe tropical fruit on the nose is given a spicy complexity and creamy, round texture on the palate through barrel fermentation in French oak.

Pineapple and hints of gooseberry linger with fresh acidity, and lead to a dry finish.  Alc./Vol. 13.6%.
